Energy Management
All systems which consume energy are analyzed and projects which increase efficiency are produced in energy management system. So we work as not only legal duty but also to provide energy efficiency and to decrease energy consuming. We produce projects according to these causes.
In Councils, Corporations and Industrial Institutions:
-To obligate energy manager for institutions which consume 1.000 tons of oil
equivalent (TOE) energy yearly
-To obligate energy manager for INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES which have min.
20.000 m2 total construction area or energy consumption is 500 and above tons
of oil equivalent (TOE)
-To obligate energy manager for COMMUNITY STRUCTURES which have min
10.000 m2 total construction area or energy consumption is min. 250 tons of oil
equivalent (TOE)
-To obligate energy management units where are in organized industrial sites and
their energy consumption is 1000 tons of oil equivalent (TOE) below.
-To obligate energy manager for 100 MW and above solar system stations
Obligation of the Energy Efficiency:
According to Energy Law and Regulation of the Energy and Natural Resources,
-To obligate energy manager for COMMERCIAL AND SEVİCES STRUCTURES
which have min. 20.000 m2 total construction area or energy consumption is 500
or above tons of oil equivalent (TOE) and to make energy etudes each 4 years.
-To obligate energy manager for COMMUNITY STRUCTURES which have min
10.000 m2 total construction area or energy consumptiom is min. 250 tons of oil
equivalent (TOE) and to make energy etudes each 10 years.
-To obligate energy manager for INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTIONS which energy
consumption is 1.000 or above Tons Of Oil Equivalent (TOE)
If these obligation is not carried out, punishments which are seen obove are applied.

These punishments will be applied applied since 01.01.2015, after 2014 revision, increased 10,11 %
