HIGH VOLTAGE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY - MAINTANANCE OF THE TRANSFORMERS
According to regulation for high voltage management was published in 30.11.2000 with the number of 24246 Turkish Official Journal, assigned by Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, 60th article said “there have to be an electrical engineer who is responsible for technical topics in all high voltage institutions.”
Maintenance responsibility means that checking high voltage equipment periodically and tests them. If there is damaged equipment, they change or fix it. While breakdown occurs, it is interfered it immediately.
